This is one of our favorite ways to eat shrimp, it’s very refreshing for those warm summer days with the bright flavors of fresh lime and orange juice, cilantro, and clamato. Serve this up with your favorite tortilla chips or saltine crackers.

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
This Mexican shrimp cocktail is a twist on a traditional cocktail, with the bright flavors of fresh lime, oranges, and clamato. Serve it up with saltine crackers or tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp cooked
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 roma tomato diced
- 1 jalapeno minced, seeded (optional)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion minced
- 1/4 cup cucumber diced
- 1-2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 juice of an orange
- 1/4 cup Heintz Chili Sauce
- 1 cup Clamato
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Combine all the above ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Step 2 Serve with saltine crackers or tortilla chips.
